Datacenter IPs sit in cloud/IDC ranges — fastest, cheapest. Static ISP IPs are registered with real Tier-1 carriers — higher trust score but more expensive per IP. Use datacenter for high-concurrency bulk scraping; use Static ISP when you need a stable consumer identity.
